It is the process by which many firms/ organizations; who are in need of goods and services invites other parties through newspaper ads , emails , websites notifications and etc. to submit a bid / proposal (technical & Financial) to procure these goods. This invitation is formally referred to as a Request for Tender/ Invitation for Tender (ITB).

  • Supplying of orders within the stipulated time and provide Complete user’s / Operation and maintenance training.
  • For High-Cost items foreign training from the manufacturer is also arrange on client demand.
  • We also provide consultancies regarding tender process and preparation of biding documents of technical instruments for the procuring agencies.
